    Geraint is the visionary founder and driving force behind our company. As the Company Director and an Independent Financial Advisor, Geraint established the firm in 2009 with a commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

    With a background in banking, having worked at Barclays and Halifax, Geraint brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. His extensive knowledge in financial services has been instrumental in building a firm that prides itself on personalized client care and financial success.

    What Geraint loves most about his job is the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their goals. His passion for financial planning and dedication to his clients’ success is evident in every aspect of his work.

    Outside of the office, Geraint enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. Whether it's a family outing or a quiet evening at home, these moments are what he cherishes most.

    Company Director & Mortgage & Protection Advisor

    Dave has been an integral part of our team since 2017, rising from a trainee mortgage advisor to Head of the Mortgage Team and Company Director. His journey with us showcases his dedication, expertise, and leadership in the mortgage industry.

    Before joining our team, Dave worked at Co-op Bank as a personal banker and mortgage advisor, honing his skills in financial services. Prior to his banking career, he spent 8 years managing several city bars and nightclubs, where he developed his knack for customer service and problem-solving.

    Dave's favourite part of his job is getting a 'yes' from mortgage lenders, helping clients secure their dream properties. He thrives on problem-solving, enjoys the variety of challenges each day brings, and loves meeting people from all walks of life. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, running, eating out, and spending time in West Wales.

    Dave's passion for helping clients and his dynamic approach to leadership make him an essential part of our success. His enthusiasm for problem-solving and commitment to excellent service continue to inspire our team and clients alike.

    Office Manager

    Simone, the mastermind behind our office smooth operations. With her versatile skill set and over 24 years of experience in the financial industry, Simone is the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow.

    As our office manager, Simone wears many hats, and you'll often find her tackling a variety of tasks with ease and grace. From coordinating schedules to resolving logistical challenges, Simone is the go-to person for just about everything.

    What Simone loves most about her job is the element of surprise—each day brings new challenges and opportunities, keeping her on her toes and her mind sharp.

    Outside of work, Simone's heart belongs to her boys, who keep her busy cheering them on at football and rugby matches, and when she's not on the sidelines, Simone indulges in her passion for wine!

    Outside of work, Brendan enjoys golf, rugby and staying physically active. He finds rejuvenation in nature walks with his wife and their Great Dane, hitting the gym, and participating in sports. He also enjoys reading and staying current with financial trends.

    Meet Michael, our experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor based in Kent. With a remarkable 45-year career in the industry, Michael’s journey began with Prudential, affectionately known as the "the man from Pru." His extensive experience and deep knowledge make him a trusted advisor for clients seeking to achieve their home ownership dreams.

    Michael is passionate about client interactions, enjoying the opportunity to meet both new and returning clients. While he might not be keen on paperwork, his dedication to helping clients navigate the path to homeownership is unwavering.

    Married with two grown-up daughters, Michael values family time. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying cricket and golf. A former football player, he now channels his love for sports into other activities. Michael also loves spending time with his two dogs, often taking them for walks to the local pub.

    Lucy's favourite aspect of our company is the close-knit team and the family-like atmosphere. Outside of work her greatest passion is travelling with her family, exploring new cultures, cuisines, and experiences.

    Michelle brings over 18 years of financial expertise to her role as a Financial Administrator. With extensive experience at Barclays Mortgages and Legal and General, Michelle has a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional results.

    Michelle is driven by her love for her colleagues and the family-oriented atmosphere of her workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, staying fit with CrossFit, socialising, and planning her next holiday adventure.

    Michelle's dedication and leadership were recognised when she received the Manager of the Year award in 2019 at the Contact Centre Awards, presented by Sir Lenny Henry.
